New Artist: George Stanford

Nothing is better than connecting with music.  When a song can match your mood its hard to stop listening to it.  When the words match your thoughts its surreal.  This dosen’t happen very often but when it does it can be a very revealing experience.  Keep listening and it will happen.

George Stanford has something going for him and I like the potential.  He’ll be at Hotel Cafe on Sunday for the Songwriters Series.  I think I’m going to like it…

His video for “meet me in la” kinda hit home when I realized how often I invite friends and family to come visit.  It has an undertone of regret for ever leaving the place he came from.  Yet theres this very cool easiness to him because he’s doing what feels right. Enjoy!
